VISAS
All foreign participants will require Russian visas to enter the country. We suggest Tourist Visa to be applied for, as this is the fast and easiest way to get visa. Visas can be obtained in Russian consulates in your local countries - through your local travel agent, or through us. We strongly recommend to start your visa application at least 2 months before the conference. The Organizing committee can assist in obtaining Russian visas through the conference authorised tour-operator. Since all visa invitation letters shall be forwarded to the Russian Foreign affairs ministry, the costs of handling Visa letters is 50 eur, to be added to your registration fee.
